How to Order Your Pup Necklace

    Use a soft measuring tape around the base of your dog’s neck to find the correct size.

  2. Choose Your Necklace Size
    Select the size that best matches your dog’s neck measurement.

  3. Select Your Included Charm
    Choose your charm from the dropdown. Refer to the image gallery to view all charm options.

  4. Add to Basket & Enter Initial
    Once you add your necklace to the basket, a form will appear for you to enter one capital letter.
    The charm colour will be selected by us to complement your necklace.

  5. Add Additional Charms (Optional)
    If you would like extra charms, add them to your basket as a separate product.
    • Additional charms are £3.25 each

  6. Complete Your Order
