Indefo offers handmade jewellery pieces, including pearl and bead designs. Each item is crafted with care and may have slight variations.
2. Orders
All items are made upon order.
Please allow up to 7 days for production before shipping.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in pounds and are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within the stated timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Indefo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Custom Pieces & Size Adjustments
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
However, we do offer size adjustments for necklaces.
Customers may request a size adjustment by contacting us after receiving their order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Indefo will cover the cost of adjusting the piece and sending it back.
7. Product Care
Customers are responsible for properly caring for their jewellery. Indefo is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, and branding, belongs to Indefo and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Indefo is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
